As founder of Rescript: Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Michele Koh Morollo helps individuals and teams improve motivation and performance, overcome anxiety, problem-solve, and live in better alignment with their core values. She has a Diploma in Evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from The UK College of Hypnosis &Hypnotherapy, and is an accredited practitioner with the National Council ofHypnotherapy (NCH) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), as well as a student member of the British Psychological Society.
At 11-years old, as a TV host for Singapore Broadcasting Corporation’s (SBC) “7-to-12” children’s show then Television Corporation of Singapore’s (TCS) “Teen TV” Michele wrote her own scripts and voice overs for her segments. This was the beginning of her journey towards impactful storytelling. Now based in Hong Kong, Michele has lived in Singapore, Perth, London, and Boston, and has had a more than twenty-year long career as a journalist, where she’s written for publications such as the South China Morning Post, AFAR, Dwell, Harper’sBazaar, CNN Travel, Design Anthology, Eco-Business, and the Wall StreetJournal. She is also a business biographer, copywriter, and a fiction author who has published two short story collections and contributed to more than half a dozen fiction anthologies.
As both a professional and creative writer, Michele knows that the stories we tell ourselves have a huge impact on how we interact with our world, and how we perform at work. By helping her clients reframe old stories and discover new ones, Michele guides them towards mastery over their personal and professional lives.
