Inner Leadership Advisory Board

Jennifer Davis

Jennifer’s work centers on helping people to thrive in complex circumstances and environments. She is particularly interested how mindfulness can develop the capacities to become more present, clear and compassionate – resulting in more conscious and effective action. She invites others into this type of self-awareness and transformation in service of empowering and enabling both individual potential and our collective human potential.

Jennifer has developed and facilitated trainings for a diverse range of individuals, communities and organizations to support their thriving in the face of complexity. These range from developing mindful leaders and organizations, health care transformation both in the US and in Singapore, and increasing safety and resilience in vulnerable populations such as orphans in Tanzania and anti-human trafficking workers in Asia.

Currently she bridges her academic background with corporate and community interests. Jennifer is the Director of Content and Curriculum at eMindful, a mindfulness-based wellness organization. She is also the Director of Personal and Professional Leadership for Duke-National University of Singapore.  Jennifer brings her sense of adventure and personal dedication to living in fulfillment to her work. Since moving to Europe as a child, she has been curious about other cultures.  This love of learning about cultures inspired her to move to Asia, where she has enjoyed living and working the past 8 years.

Jennifer is a licensed psychotherapist, having received a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Chapel Hill; a leadership coach with certifications in The Coaches Training Institute and Duke Integrative Health Coaching; and a program designer and facilitator.
